For our office in Madrid we are looking for an Treasury Accounting and Administration Analyst to join our financial team.
Your responsibilities
Coordination with the supplier team to ensure invoices are registered and paid on time.
Accounting of receipts and payments.
Manage bank reconciliations.
Participate in the sales and purchases of companies, elaborating the associated bank transactions.
Communication with the Executive Board (mainly in English) for the signature of documents and approval of transfers/payments.
Support to the Financial Controllers in the monthly accounting closings.
Support in the audits of the Financial Statements of the companies.
Document management.
Manage the opening and closing of bank accounts, guarantees, deposits, etc.
Support in the monthly compliance reports of a portfolio of companies.
Your qualifications
1-3 years of relevant professional experience
Basic Accounting skills
Responsible and organized person
Teamwork and proactive
Languages: English (B2)
